Hotel Design - Castle Hotel

Simple Simon Design were commissioned by The Caste Hotel in Taunton to undertake the Interior design, project management and brand identity for a new bar.

Bar Design Details

The bar design was required to offer a haven for guests, and diners alike, in a style befitting the Castle's lauded restaurant. The empire era bar front was inspired by Eileen Gray's Bibendum chair, and around the rear wall a luxurious perimeter sofa was fabricated from Scottish Leather.
