No1 Beaufort - Restaurant Design

Simple Simon were commissioned to design a new interior for a family run restaurant on the site of an existing run-down community pub. As experienced operators, the client really understood the value of restaurant design, and were aware of Simple Simon's interior design of the Hen and Chicken. No 1 Beaufort is very much aimed at the affluent local community, the intention being to fill a gap in the market, by providing an all day offering of great food in a comfortable but smart environment. Locally sourced produce and regional ales are elements that are being found with increasing regularity in successful venues as well as a considered restaurant design scheme.

Project Management of Refurbishment

Following the restaurant design process Simple Simon project managed the build over an eight week period, from strip out to completion. The venue has been an instant success since opening its doors, with an interior formal enough for dining and informal enough for a Saturday brunch, a cup of coffee or a pint.
