Cafe Design - National Trust

Simple Simon were commissioned to undertake the cafe design & restaurant concept for the National Trust, who had previously seen our work at Tart. Once installed and approved the new system should be available to all NT sites. The brief of servery and dining room has been split across 2 sites at Dunham Massey near Altrincham, and Dyrham Park, Bath.

One of the key requirements was a flexible cafe design that integrates bespoke displays as well as seasonal product information.

This site at Dunham Massey is now open and trading, it has been very well received by customers and staff alike.
