Garcon offers stunningly authentic French Food in a classic Parisian-style brasserie. The project consisted of a complete interior design package, the creation of a brand identity and the project management of the restaurant fit out within the Mermaid Quay development of Cardiff bay.

Restaurant Design Detail

The restaurant design's combination of a long fluted banquette, brick tiled wall finishes, traditional bistro style chairs and pressed tin ceiling panels all come together to create an interior ambience that is Garcon.
