Exmoor based Miles Teas approached Simple Simon to create the retail and servery area for a new high street emporium and tea shop, having already seen the cafe design of Tart.

Cafe Design Details

A traditional style was selected for the cafe design to suit the client's brand image and product offering. Cabinets, tables and shelving of varying shapes and size were required to fulfill a number of different functions from display to tea blending and packing. One of the more unusual elements of the cafe design was a Heath Robinson style coffee roaster that was imported from Germany, and filled the shop with a wonderful aroma.

Design and Build

Following completion of the cafe design, Simple Simon managed the build of all the retail and service furniture and supervised their installation over a period of 3 days.
