Papaji's - Bar Design

It is rare to find a unique concept these days but Papaji's is just that. An all day offering from brunch to late-night cocktails. By day if offers a vast range of single estate teas and by night the expertly blended tea infused cocktails provide truly original flavours, brilliant fusion food compliments the wet offering.

Bar Design Process

Simple Simon's brief was to harmonise the food and drink with the interior; plum colours were used wth antiqued gold wallpaper, dark wood framed seats in a retro style were combined with luxurious low banquette seating. Giant lime green pendant lights fill the double height space at the front, while subtle halo lighting behind the seating gives a more intimate feel towards the back of the space.
