Congratulations to Andy on the re-opening of Papaji's. It's rare to see a genuinely unique concept, but this is definitely the place you'll find it.
As the name suggests; tea is at the heart of the offering but Andy and his team offer so much more than that, the head chef Juan prepares modern European cuisine influenced by the flavours of the sub-continent.
There can't be many chefs with experience of the El Bulli kitchen plying their trade in the westcountry, and judging by the samples at the opening night it's well worth the trip. We wish Andy and his team a very successful, and busy Christmas. Photos to follow.
